maximum of 3 days ' notice must be sent to the buyer；
3. Follow-up the users every two-month，listen to user comments and suggestions;
4. Reasonable fees, not unauthorized fees；
5. Each time of installation, training, maintenance are user’s evaluation and signature requirements, and strive to provide the best quality service;
6. The ventilator sold by our company has a period of one year warranty. During the warranty period, spare parts and labor are free of charge, implement three guarantees,
but in addition to man-made damage factors.
7. One year warranty failure rate is no more than 14 calendar days and every over day, the warranty period extended for 10 days. During the one year warranty,
all the fault made by the device Own defects should have free technical service and maintenance;
8. Technical supports: provide free software upgrades, and information of new features and clinical application of the equipment in a timely manner.
9. Designated by the company as sales agents, distributors of ventilator, and our company will be responsible for after sales service and maintenance of life.
10. Our After-sales service center is in Shanghai, and spare parts has a sufficient amount of storage, can fully guarantee repair of spare supplies.
